Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Bawa Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that project expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
