Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant Project Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting, with a proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices.

The successful candidate will develop recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices, present analysis results and key recommendations to client company executives, and implement and monitor optimized manufacturing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics management
  • ~6 to 10 years' experience in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting
  • ~ Consulting experience (an important asset)
  • ~ In-depth knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing management principles and tools
  • Experience and knowledge in project management and/or program management
  • ~ Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic/tactical workshops
  • ~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Power Point and Word and MS Project
  • ~ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
