At AIMS HOLDINGS INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation environment, ensuring that quality control and efficient operations are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate
- Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence, own transportation
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
- Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
