Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and transportation, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse operations supervisory role.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and WMS.
