Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at O-Sho Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and establish work schedules.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
