Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Field Service Manager to join our team at Forum Energy Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our sand control solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in your assigned district.
  • Collaborate with our Calgary-based sales team to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Lead a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and effective delivery of our products and services.
  • Manage logistics and delivery of products and materials to meet customer requirements.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a calm and organized manner.
  • Record and analyze job treatment and tool performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to relevant legislation, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct training and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in downhole tool usage and leadership/management.
  • Valid driver's license and required tickets (H2S, First Aid, WHMIS, TDG, and PST).
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
