Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Autumn Lee Retirement Home II. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and relay phone calls, messages, and faxes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform data entry duties as required.
- Communication: Provide directory assistance, relay service to persons with disabilities, and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
