Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bilingual Property Claims Adjuster to enhance our operations. This role is essential for managing complex property damage claims across both commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Evaluate property damage claims and various risks through thorough loss investigations.
- Negotiate settlements in compliance with provincial licensing standards.
- Maintain exemplary client relationships while ensuring high performance in all tasks.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in handling large, intricate property claims.
- Post-secondary education in a field related to insurance is advantageous.
- AMF License for personal and commercial lines.
- Experience in on-site assessments, including detailed reporting of property damage and associated risks.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis software.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and French.
- Strong IT skills and reporting proficiency.
- A collaborative spirit with outstanding customer service abilities.
- A readiness to thrive in a dynamic work environment with potential for career advancement.
