The Environmental Specialist will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth and initiatives across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing and executing tasks related to water resource projects, primarily focusing on municipal needs.
  2. Conducting investigations, troubleshooting operations, performing analyses, and designing processes while preparing technical documentation.
  3. Engaging in process, mechanical, and hydraulic design, while assisting in the construction of water infrastructure.
  4. Collaborating with the provincial Team Leader and contributing to proposals alongside Sales and Marketing teams.
  5. Working within interdisciplinary teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize technical data for various projects.
  6. Providing mentorship and support to colleagues, including those in different locations.
  7. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is advantageous; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferred.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, particularly within the Ontario market.
  4. Proven experience in technical, process, and design activities for water projects, including the preparation of technical documentation.
  5. Experience in client-facing roles with a consultative approach; familiarity with business development and proposal preparation is a plus.
  6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  8. Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  9. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  10. A valid Passport and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
