- Recruit, train, and lead a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Formulate and implement effective purchasing policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of goods and services.
- Authorize the creation of product specifications and service requirements.
- Handle supplier claims and disputes efficiently.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management review.
- Foster relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
- Maintain organized inventory systems to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate and oversee various projects and programs within the supply chain.
- Direct daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
- Permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
