Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
