Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food meets our quality control standards, and that our customers receive a consistent and excellent dining experience.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop our food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Horton's, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet our high standards.
