Your Role: Night Shift Wash Bay Lead

As the Night Shift Wash Bay Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wash bay facility. You will oversee trailer washing schedules, collaborate with dispatch and maintenance teams, and maintain equipment for optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage trailer washing schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee the precise washing of trailers according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Dispatch and Maintenance teams to coordinate activities and address any issues.
  • Maintain wash bay equipment in excellent working condition for efficient loading operations.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections on trailers to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of wash bay usage.
  • Coordinate third-party inspections as required.
  • Monitor all wash activities at the HyLife Truck Wash facility.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Proven supervisory experience (2-4 years).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
