Central Office - Finance is seeking a skilled Finance Clerk - Accounts Payable to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely processing and disbursement of expenses incurred by the schools and regional offices. Key responsibilities include processing payments, generating cheques, performing accurate balancing processes, and producing reports to support the efficient operation of the accounting department. The Finance Clerk - Accounts Payable will work collaboratively with the Department to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized business diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience in an accounting environment, and proficiency in advanced accounting systems, spreadsheets, word processing, and the Internet. Experience with SAP is considered an asset. This is an NSGEU position with an hourly rate of $24.49.
