Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Financial Operations to join our team at NovaXpress Courier Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Manage and oversee the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Represent the organization in financial and administrative matters, including negotiations and other official functions.
  • Supervise and manage a team of financial and administrative staff to ensure the effective delivery of financial and administrative services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial and administrative management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of financial and administrative staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization in financial and administrative matters.
