Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Asia Food City Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and will be required to be accurate, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
