Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure seamless integration with our SAP P2P system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
- Provide training and support to users on new systems and applications to ensure effective adoption.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and standards.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, with a proven track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including business users, digital professionals, and management.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, principles, and practices.
- Expert knowledge in SAP Concur Travel and Expense Modules, with a strong understanding of Concur Request, Expense, and travel processes.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the areas of SAP Concur with deep industry knowledge, who has been exposed to a full life cycle SAP Concur system implementation - from start to finish.
This position is remote and based in Canada. Astellas Pharma Inc. recognizes the importance of work/life balance and offers a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues at the office with the flexibility to also work from home.
