Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

At Holiday Seasons Travel, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel clerks and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 travel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and provide analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced travel agency environment.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
