This role encompasses leading a team of specialists in Record to Report (RTR) and configurators, managing the existing system framework while also contributing to the evolution of the future S4 landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the creation and execution of a foundational architecture model for Finance in CO and Product Costing
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering operational excellence
  • Developing and guiding a high-performing team of specialists to support diverse financial functions
  • Translating project roadmaps into actionable tasks and ensuring successful project execution
  • Advocating for core template solution design and providing training to regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and configurators
  • Improving and sustaining comprehensive documentation and testing protocols
  • Nurturing talent across essential user networks and guaranteeing effective training delivery

Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in S4/Hana & ECC
  • Practical experience with SAP Finance modules
  • Proven track record in leading extensive integration and transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional project management capabilities and willingness to travel as required
