About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cowan Insurance Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be attentive to clients' needs, listening carefully to their concerns and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Document all client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations.
  • Remain current on insurance products, services, and industry developments, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and insurance industry.
Requirements
  • Highly developed customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written (or Arabic or Spanish, spoken and written).
