Position: ServiceNow Telecommunications and Media Architect

ROLE
  • Offer expert advice to clients on building a robust framework within the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Craft solutions aimed at achieving strategic business goals.
  • Consult with clients regarding instance strategy, technical governance, core data management, and integrations.
  • Engage with clients at multiple levels during the sales and implementation processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a client roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Supervise technical governance protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions resonate with client aspirations.
  • Participate in client governance discussions to guarantee project success.
  • Convert business needs into architectural frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Certification in Enterprise Architecture is required.
  • Proficient in Database management, core data design, security, and integrations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with telecommunications clients in the OSS domain.
  • Possession of ServiceNow certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow TMT components.
  • Experience in management consulting, ideally within a technology-driven organization.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules.
