Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Canilang Residence. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in a live-in capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care.
  • Work Site Environment: Our home is a scent-free environment, and we require our caregiver to maintain this standard.
  • Work Setting: The caregiver will be working in our employer's home, providing care and support to our children.
  • Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
    • Changing diapers and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
    • Sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas for our children
    • Assuming full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
    • Traveling with our family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties
    • Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
    • Disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents
    • Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development
    • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
    • Preparing and serving nutritious meals
    • Preparing infants and children for rest periods
    • Supervising and caring for children
    • Taking children to and from school and to appointments
    • Assisting children with homework
    • Cooking meals for our family
  • Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: The ideal candidate will hold a CPR Certificate and be fluent in English.
