About the Role

Cellicon is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Promotion: Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry to support sales and customer service operations.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Price Estimation: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
