About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 1382964 B.C. Ltd DBA Save on Cartridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Payments: Receive payment for goods or services, calculate daily/shift payments received, and reconcile with total sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Retail Sales Associates to be able to work effectively in this setting. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for advancement.

Language and Work Hours
