Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications of our products.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and closing sales.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process inventory shipments, and perform cycle counts.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
