About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at Black Belt Jung's Taekwondo. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts training to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Deliver engaging and effective martial arts classes to groups and individuals
    • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Program Development
    • Design and lead recreational and fitness programs for students
    • Plan and execute special events and tournaments
  • Student Support
    • Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their skills
    • Assist students with special needs and ensure their inclusion in classes
  • Safety and Administration
    • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for students
    • Manage class schedules, attendance, and student records
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in martial arts instruction or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels
    • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
