Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources.
- Hire Staff: Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates to join our food service team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial means.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure that they are informed of our operations and any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
