Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Boeing Trucking Inc.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 to 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a transportation and freight forwarding environment, with a team of 16-20 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
