Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at VRP Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and productivity
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 to 44 hours per week
