As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of workers, including heavy equipment operators and labourers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
