About the Role

The Veterinary Client Liaison plays a vital role in supporting our specialty medical teams with administrative tasks and strengthening the client, animal, and veterinary bond through exceptional client service and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between clients and members of the medical team to enhance the client experience
  • Provide high-quality client service and education to ensure clients and their pets are informed and prepared for their experience
  • Support administrative tasks for the specialty medical teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and medical teams

Desired Attributes and Requirements

  • Organized and calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties in a veterinary clinic setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to learn Cornerstone
  • Empathetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
  • Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change, and adaptable
  • Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
  • Attention to detail with above-average time management skills
  • Flexibility to work modified shift work (Monday to Thursday 8 am to 6 pm)
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Strong foundation in MS Office and email etiquette
  • Previous veterinary experience or graduate from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred
