Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Btown Auto Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our business needs.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
