Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the Deputy Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions and fostering communication between management and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate administrative duties for the Deputy Director, including calendar management;
  • Monitor and follow up on strategic initiatives and operational matters;
  • Organize logistics for meetings and committees;
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, document discussions, and track follow-up actions;
  • Oversee the Deputy Director's schedule, arrange meetings, and manage deadlines;
  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with external collaborators;
  • Draft, edit, and format a variety of documents, including presentations, reports, and internal policies;
  • Ensure effective document management for the Deputy Director.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree in administration or office management;
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar administrative roles;
  • Exceptional writing abilities in French;
