What You'll Do

As a member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and executing the smooth movement of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor
  • Assigning priorities and providing direction to drive sales and improve merchandising processes
  • Providing weekly updates on objectives and identifying issues or opportunities related to merchandising processes and the sales floor
  • Training and developing Associates in merchandise presentation standards and customer service

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for merchandise presentation experience
  • High School education or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • General knowledge of retail operations, including fashion trends, seasonal events, and inventory levels
