Retail Store Associate Part Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at Winners. As a Part-Time Retail Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, while maintaining floor operational standards and merchandise presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing the movement of merchandise to the sales floor, maintaining operational standards and presentation standards.
- Assign priorities and provide direction and support to drive sales and improve merchandising processes.
- Provide weekly updates on objectives and identify issues or opportunities related to merchandising processes and the sales floor.
- Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation standards and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for merchandise presentation experience.
- High School education or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
- General knowledge of retail operations, including fashion trends, seasonal events, and inventory levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
