About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Leader to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and accomplishing our digital product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning design, engineering, and product roles.
  • Define the product plan to match the company's objectives.
  • Build a network across the organization to facilitate product roadmap, coordinate deliverables and sequence dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain projects plans, identify deadlines, estimate costs, and oversee the organization and optimal assignation of talent.
  • Lead recruitment, mentoring, 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual career and development planning.
  • Help define how to best reach the company's objectives.
  • Anticipate and manage problems and take necessary actions to resolve them, proactively remove any impediments.
  • Ensure the Digital Product team has the right tools and independence to perform experiments and track its success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing teams.
  • 10+ years relevant experience including 3+ years in project management related to self-service digital products.
  • Experienced with agile Scrum development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, enjoy presenting to executives.
  • Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Bilingualism (French / English).
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
