Digital Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Account Manager at Tink. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for leading business activities related to client accounts, supporting partners in business development, and identifying opportunities for client retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership: Act as a leader by contributing to all business activities related to client accounts, including strategy, definition, and design of digital solutions.
- Business Development: Support partners in business development and identify opportunities for client retention and loyalty.
- Client Management: Become the primary point of contact for clients wishing to undertake projects or initiatives such as site development, mobile applications, interactive campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Solution Development: Provide insights, opinions, ideas, and recommendations for the evolution of client solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple clients simultaneously and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, and follow up on activities or business opportunities to serve clients well.
- Collaboration: Foster information sharing and collaboration among project team members and collaborate with teams to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Digital Knowledge: A strong knowledge of the digital world with a business-oriented mindset focused on helping clients.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to bring people together and navigate political environments, working and collaborating with other agencies while ensuring Tink's position.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze client needs and propose creative and effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: The ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and act as an advisor to them.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this position. Highly functional English is also required for communication with English-speaking clients.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing or e-commerce.
