Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to join our team at MBA GAS CO LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers and other sales staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
