Job Title: Cashier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to join our team at MBA GAS CO LTD.

Job Summary:

The Cashier Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing cashiers, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a temporary position with a bi-weekly schedule of 80 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise cashiers
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, including training and performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Reliability and flexibility
Work Environment:

This is a retail environment with various locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as well as the ability to use public transportation.
