Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, minimizing hold times and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Greet showroom customers, assist with basic inquiries, and communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Motor Vehicle Licensing and Inventory Administration: Manage motor vehicle licensing and vehicle inventory administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Additional Administrative Tasks: Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management, supporting the smooth operation of our dealership.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must have daytime/evening and weekend availability, as this position is on-call.
  • Reliability: A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, with reception and/or dealership experience considered an asset.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to changing situations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive are an asset.
