We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, as well as preparing financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Administration
    • Plan and implement accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare financial statements and reports for individuals, departments, or companies.
    • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, and able to work 40 hours per week.
