We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Administration
    • Develop and implement accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Prepare and administer financial statements, reports, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Tax Preparation and Planning
    • Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
    • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on accounting procedures and best practices.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
    • Experience
      • 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Attention to detail and accuracy.
      Work Environment
      • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Regular working hours of 40 hours per week.
