We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, as well as preparing financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Administration
    • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare financial statements and reports for individuals, departments, or companies.
    • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Service
    • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
