The Position

We're seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our part-time Sales Experiences Team. As a key member of our team, you'll assist with event preparation, operation, and take-down, while providing top-notch customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, operation, and take-down of all CSEC Sales Experiences
  • Work promotional events to help sell tickets and enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with premium clients to ensure their game experience meets our high standards
  • Provide courteous and enthusiastic service to all customers, addressing any game day issues or concerns
  • Assist with office administration as needed, including moving and storing CSEC merchandise
  • Participate in safety programs and adhere to company policies
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a self-starter with a flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekend shifts. You'll possess an outgoing personality, professional demeanor, and excellent organizational skills. A working knowledge of hockey, football, and lacrosse is a plus, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
