Your Role
BDO Digital is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to enhance our Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting practice, with the flexibility to work remotely across Canada. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the deployment of enterprise software for our clientele. The Project Manager will oversee project lifecycle implementations, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction in line with the BDO Project Governance framework. Utilizing BDO's implementation methodology, the Project Manager will guarantee the delivery of solutions that meet defined business requirements and contractual agreements profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project management for full implementations, upgrades, or significant enhancements Ensure adherence to the BDO project governance framework throughout projects Maintain, publish, and store project governance documentation according to BDO Quality Audit standards Ensure the BDO Project Team follows the BDO Implementation Methodology, producing deliverables that meet standards and timelines Develop and execute comprehensive project plans. Review Key Deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and budget Understand and review the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects Act as an advocate for clients Conduct risk management activities. Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams. Monitor and ensure adequate staffing for projects, engaging in resource planning with fellow Project Managers. Oversee and control project performance. Provide insights to BDO PMO for the continuous improvement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts, and templates Train client personnel to manage day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementation. Mentor colleagues, offering support and guidance.Success Metrics for Your Role:

At least 3 years of project management experience Previous experience with ERP projects is a significant advantage, including managing budgets, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality Post-secondary education in a relevant business field (B.Comm., CPA, APICS, PMP, etc.) is preferred PMP certification is desirable Familiarity with ERP systems and their relation to effective business processes is preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, F&O, GP, and/or CE is considered an asset Comprehensive knowledge of all major project management activities Proficiency with MS Project Experience using Azure DevOps Ability to align project deliverables with customer expectations Experience in coaching and/or mentoring Exceptional presentation skills for both internal and external audiences Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative environment Strong time management skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in listening and effectively communicating both orally and in writing with clients and colleagues-
