Your Role

BDO Digital is seeking a full-time permanent Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant or Senior Consultant to enhance our expanding team. The selected individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as a reliable advisor to external clients and BDO project teams, supporting client Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementations while utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to ensure timely and effective solution deployment.
  • Take on a lead consultant role in larger projects involving multiple consultants.
  • Assess customer business requirements and objectives, providing extensive application expertise in specific business areas to optimize customer processes and enhance ROI within the framework of Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
  • Deliver training to client personnel for daily operations in support of ERP implementations.
  • Mentor colleagues, offering support and guidance.

Required Experience and Education

  • A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV, including comprehensive implementation experience.
  • Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline (B.Comm., CPA, APICS, PMP, etc.).
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV certifications will be considered during the selection process.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively, articulate, and able to inspire confidence in various audiences.
  • Knowledge of two or more functional areas of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV is advantageous (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Project Management & Accounting, Job Costing, Sales, Procurement).
  • Experience in process analysis, redesign, and documentation.
