  • Design, configure, customize, integrate, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring seamless data migration and system deployment.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant and Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and Project Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven insights and natural language processing.
  • Skilled in Azure services integration and ensuring data security and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Agile project management certification.
  • Industry-specific experience in tailoring Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
