About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technical Advisor to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a key member of our after-sales support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their HVAC systems are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support over the phone and on-site
  • Manage repairs with suppliers and vendors
  • Assist with the start-up of equipment sold in collaboration with contractors
  • Document claims and maintain accurate records
  • Write commissioning assistance and site visit reports
Requirements
  • DEP in refrigeration or DEC in building mechanics, or any combination of relevant training and experience as a refrigeration technician
  • TAG 1 gas card required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Initiative and resourcefulness, with a strong ability to work independently
  • Diplomacy and courtesy, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Good knowledge of refrigeration and hydronic systems, as well as control systems
  • Knowledge of welding and electricity
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
