Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Provide financial information and support to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
