Chief Administrative Officer

Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Administrative Officer to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for strategically planning and directing the overall management of our finances and corporate affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgetary plans to ensure alignment with our CEO, Board of Directors, and broader senior leadership team.
  • Champion continuous quality improvement and care transformation across our health system.
  • Lead a large, diverse finance and corporate affairs portfolio, including finance, capital development, procurement, health information technology services, legal and privacy affairs, and environmental services.
  • Implement quality management systems, including process improvement and standardization across multiple sites.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business or health administration.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex healthcare organizations.
  • Extensive depth and breadth of experience leading a large, diverse finance and corporate affairs portfolio.
